to offer custom designed detectors and pulse processors to meet
the demanding requirements of experimental applications using particle
accelerators, synchrotrons, lasers or other excitation techniques.
Through many years of experience and in-house research, e2v scientific instruments
is able to offer application specific detector design features to
optimise performance for a wide range of ED research applications,
including: XRF and µXRF, TXRF,
PIXE, EXAFS, XANES etc. |
